Al Buraimi Governorate organized a specialized training program titled “Career Planning Skills and Implementation of Strategic Initiatives”, held from 7 to 10 July 2025 at the Al Salam Grand Resort in Al Buraimi, under the supervision and implementation of Tuwam Training Academy.
The program targeted a number of department heads, specialists in planning and project management, Oman Vision 2040, Wilayat development, as well as relevant executive divisions.
This initiative was launched in the context of enhancing the efficiency of administrative and technical staff, developing their skills in strategic and executive planning, and strengthening their abilities to design and implement initiatives based on professional methodologies that meet the requirements of the coming stage and align with the government’s efforts to achieve the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
Through such programs, the Governorate seeks to instill a culture of sustainable institutional planning and ensure the readiness of national competencies to assume leading roles in advancing institutional performance and driving developmental initiatives.
