Al Buraimi Oasis Project is the first Downtown Project at the governorate level. The Project aims to enhance the tourism aspect and provide job opportunities for the people of the governorate. The Project shall be executed in the area between Al Hillah and Al Khandaq Forts in Al Buraimi Governorate and it will include a small shopping center, a hotel, walkways, public squares, a small museum, a reflective fountain, restaurants and cafes.
The project completion rate has reached 100%. The Project consists of a number of elements, the most important of which are a healthy walkway fitted with a rubber floors, a playground for children, fitness games, shades and chairs for sitting in modern aesthetics and green spaces. The Project aims to provide an outlet for the residents of the governorate.
Phase One of the project has been completed. The Project was executed according to the most prominent modern elements, which contributed to its appearance with a special and unique character on a total area estimated at approximately 32 thousand square meters. The Project consists of a healthy walkway made of treated rubber at a length of 700 meters and a width of 5 meters, green spaces, shrubs and ground covers, linear ground lighting, aesthetic lighting, and speakers.
The project will represent a qualitative addition to the tourism sector in the governorate, as it will be executed opposite the sports walkway project in front of Al Buraimi Public Park in Al Buraimi Governorate. The Project is characterized by the presence of a number of chalets, paths, water games for children, a conference center and a theater for events.
The Walkway will be characterized by its medical walkway made of treated rubber with a width of 3 meters in the form of a circular path. It will consist of seating areas, fitness equipment, and floor coating with layers of acrylic, on a total area estimated at approximately 3 thousand square meters and a length of 160 meters.
