As part of efforts aimed at enhancing institutional performance and improving employee efficiency, Al Buraimi Governorate, in collaboration with Al Rushd World Academy, organized a training program titled “The Art of Time Management.” The five-day program is being held at Al Salam Grand Resort in the Wilayat of Al Buraimi. The program aims to boost productivity, enhance focus, and improve performance quality in the workplace, contributing to sustainable institutional efficiency. A number of employees from the governorate and its various divisions participated in the program.The program included a set of practical modules focusing on planning concepts, time organization, priority setting, and work-pressure management, in addition to hands-on applications that help participants utilize time-management tools in their daily tasks. Organizing this program comes as part of Al Buraimi Governorate’s commitment to equipping its employees with administrative and behavioral skills that enhance performance quality and contribute to building a more effective and productive work environment, in alignment with national efforts to improve government performance and achieve institutional excellence.
