Al Buraimi Municipality has intensified its service and field efforts to address the impacts of the weather depression affecting the Sultanate of Oman, which has also impacted Al Buraimi Governorate. This is being carried out through continuous on-ground operations to manage the effects associated with the weather condition, ensure the continuity of services, and enhance public safety.The efforts included reopening affected roads in the wilayats of Al Buraimi, Mahdha, and Al Sunaynah, removing debris and sediments caused by flowing wadis, and draining accumulated water, contributing to restoring smooth traffic flow and reducing potential risks.These efforts come as part of a field response plan activated in advance by the municipality, through specialized teams working around the clock and equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment to handle various emergency situations, in addition to monitoring affected sites and intervening immediately to address them.The municipality affirmed its continued readiness to deal with any developments, calling on everyone to adhere to the guidelines issued by the relevant authorities, and expressing appreciation for the community’s cooperation in supporting these efforts
