In preparation for the blessed Eid Al Adha, Al Buraimi Municipality has completed all its technical and administrative preparations through an integrated operational plan covering various sectors and service departments across the governorate’s divisions, with the aim of enhancing readiness and ensuring the continuity of municipal services during the Eid period.The municipality has finalized the preparation of slaughterhouses in the wilayats of Al Buraimi and Al Sunainah. Preparations included carrying out periodic maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, preparing slaughter halls and enhancing their operational readiness, as well as providing the necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery in accordance with approved health requirements.In the area of health inspection and food safety, the municipality, represented by the Health Affairs Department, activated its intensive inspection plans through a field inspection campaign involving municipal departments across the governorate’s wilayats. The campaign targeted commercial and food establishments, as well as fruit and vegetable markets, to ensure the safety of displayed food products and compliance with health regulations, thereby strengthening the food safety system and protecting public health.The governorate has also commenced decoration and beautification works across streets and public squares with festive Eid Al Adha decorations as part of efforts to create a celebratory atmosphere reflecting the joy of Eid and enhancing the governorate’s urban landscape.Engineer Musa bin Saeed Al Abri, Director General of Al Buraimi Municipality, affirmed that the municipality has completed all field and operational preparations for Eid Al Adha, noting that work teams will continue their inspection and service efforts throughout the holiday period to ensure the delivery of municipal services with high efficiency and to enhance the comfort and safety of community members.
