Al Buraimi Governorate, in cooperation with the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, is organizing a four-day specialized training programme entitled "Judicial Enforcement Powers for Officers Vested with Judicial Enforcement Authority." The programme is being held at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch in Al Buraimi Governorate, with the participation of staff from Al Buraimi Municipality and the Directorate General of Agriculture and Livestock Wealth.The programme aims to enhance participants' legal and procedural knowledge and strengthen their professional competencies in carrying out their duties, thereby supporting the effective implementation of relevant legislation and regulations while improving the performance of judicial enforcement responsibilities.The programme is delivered by Mr. Ahmed bin Musbah Al Manai, Head of the Cases and Enforcement Follow-up Section at the Office of the Governor of Al Buraimi, and Mr. Sultan bin Surour Al Zaidi, Chief Public Prosecutor in Al Buraimi. Through a series of specialized sessions, the programme explores the legal framework governing judicial enforcement powers, the responsibilities of judicial enforcement officers, the procedures regulating the exercise of their duties, and practical applications designed to reinforce legal concepts and enhance professional performance.Mr. Ahmed bin Musbah Al Manai explained that the programme is designed to equip participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge related to judicial enforcement duties, enabling them to carry out their responsibilities efficiently while ensuring the integrity of legal procedures and the proper application of the applicable laws and regulations.The programme forms part of a series of training initiatives organized by Al Buraimi Governorate to strengthen the legal and professional capabilities of national personnel and enhance institutional performance.
