His Excellency Sheikh Saif bin Abdullah Al Maamari, Wali of Mahdah, presided over the ceremony honoring service delivery outlets in Al Buraimi Governorate for 2025. The ceremony aimed to reinforce standards of excellence in service delivery, encourage government entities to further develop their services, and enhance the beneficiary experience.The ceremony honored the entities that achieved the top five positions in the evaluation of service delivery outlets across the governorate. These were the Social Protection Fund Department in Al Buraimi Governorate, Al Buraimi Governorate, the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning in Al Buraimi Governorate, the Directorate General of Agricultural Wealth and Water Resources in Al Buraimi Governorate, and the Heritage and Tourism Department in Al Buraimi Governorate.The evaluation was based on the institutional excellence standards adopted by the Ministry of Labour, which included the quality of the service delivery environment, efficiency of procedures, utilization of modern technologies, readiness of service outlets, and competency of their employees.The program also featured a presentation outlining the evaluation methodology, the mechanism used to calculate results, the stages of the evaluation process, and the key observations recorded during field visits to the service outlets.Certified trainers and members of the administrative teams involved in implementing the Ejada System in Al Buraimi Governorate were also honored in recognition of their efforts and contributions to the success of training programs and their support for institutional development and improved government performance.Hilal bin Salim Al Shamsi, Director of the Social Protection Fund Department in Al Buraimi Governorate, emphasized that excellence in service delivery is based on understanding beneficiaries’ needs and continuously improving procedures. He noted that the recognition provides further motivation to continue enhancing services and adopting solutions and practices that deliver a more efficient and seamless experience for beneficiaries.The recognition aims to encourage government entities to continue developing their service delivery outlets and enhancing their performance efficiency in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
