The project to develop an electronic portal for the Office of the Governor aims to bring about a qualitative leap in the provision of government services through the establishment of a comprehensive digital platform. This platform primarily focuses on enhancing beneficiary satisfaction and improving their electronic experience. Through it, citizens and residents will be able to easily and quickly access a range of government services and information specific to the governorate.
This project is part of the broader digital transformation that the Sultanate of Oman aspires to achieve, aligning with Oman Vision 2040, which emphasizes building a sustainable economy and a knowledge-based society that relies on innovation and technology.
